Our Tenancy Agreement has finally arrived.

Having visited the site back in January, and various phone calls chasing matters, we finally received our tenancy agreements in yesterday’s post. Two agreements for the two plots. The Veg plot is only £15 until the end of December (including water charge). The fruit plot is £42 until the end of December, including water charge and hire of the shed. It’s 10 poles in total, so not huge. So, the annual fee will be just under double the cost of these two, so about £100 per annum. Not too bad I suppose.
I telephoned them to ask them about keeping livestock. They werent keen…..I’ll start another post about that one I think……..
